As a collector of all things beauty, I’ll admit that until recently my nail polish collection was a bit sad. I had previously had every shade of the rainbow in multiple brands and finishes, but during my move overseas I had to start from scratch. In the last several months, I’ve accumulated enough to replenish at least a quarter of those I left behind, and I don’t always remember the exact shades I have at home when I’m out shopping. If only there was an app where I could store my collection for when I’m hunting down shades I don’t have… Oh wait, there is! Nailbuff app the rescue!
Nailbuff is a brand new app that allows you to shop for polishes, compare shades, and manage your own collection on your mobile device. I’ve been testing it out for over a month now, and I can honestly say it’s been nothing but fun.
I am probably the worst person when it comes to anything hair related. No, really. I can’t even braid. Up until the beginning of the year, I didn’t even realize that I shouldn’t be washing my hair every single day! Since changing this small little detail, I have learned to love the hair I’ve been given, and it’s so much easier to manage! Today I’m going to be giving you tips I wish I knew earlier on how to wash your hair less as well as the best dry shampoo for your hair type!
It might be the beginning of pumpkin spice season, but in the beauty world, that also means… HOLIDAY COLLECTIONS! That’s right. Holiday 2017 beauty products have started to drop, and I’m already overwhelmed. To help you make your wishlist, I’ll be doing a few posts about these new products, breaking down everything you need to know before you buy. Here are all the Sephora Holiday 2017 palettes currently available online!
I’ll admit, until recently I didn’t own any glitter. Shocking, right? How could a glitter lover not own a single glitter?! I obviously had to change that, so I placed my first order with Dear Katie Brown Glitters. I ordered twelve pressed glitters from her shop, and today I’ll be giving you my first impressions on these Dear Katie Brown pressed glitters!
Hey y’all! Happy humpday! It’s been another crazy week of new releases. Will it stop anytime soon? Probably not! Today we’re talking about the newest of new items. So many new makeup releases! Some of these launch today (6/21). These products are hyped, so if you want them, snag them up quick!

Happy Thursday! I hope you’re all having an amazing week so far. Today I’m bringing you our second palette review in the #ThrowbackThursday Series. We’re talking about the Violet Voss Holy Grail palette this week. I dug this out of my collection and have been testing it out all week, so let’s get right into the review, swatches, and eye looks!
Violet Voss is an indie brand that’s quite popular on Instagram. They originally sold lashes, but have expanded their line to include eyeshadows, liquid lipstick, glitters, and highlighters as well. The Violet Voss Holy Grail palette was their first palette release. I ordered it during the first launch last year. It sold out in a matter of minutes! Now that it’s been out for awhile, you can usually find it in stock on their website.
